Do your products contain allergens?

All of our products are Free from the Top 8 Allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, milk, soy, fish, shellfish.)

Are your products Gluten-Free?

Yes, absolutely! We use Tapioca flour which is 100% free of grains.

Are your products Vegan?

Yes, all of our products are certified vegan! They contain no animal or animal-derived products.

Can you make the dry-mix into a loaf?

No, we love your ambition! But the mix is specially designed to be baked in small pieces.

Do I need to make them into balls?

It's optional! The rolls will get crispy edges if you leave them after scooping.

Do I need to grease the tray before baking?

No, the rolls don't stick to the tray and come loose very easily.

What is Xanthan Gum and is it safe?

Xanthan Gum is a plant-based ingredient that helps dough rise and take shape. It is a very common additive that the Gluten-Free community would be familiar with. Even with a suspicius name, the European Food Safety Authority was forced to do a study and concluded that there is no safety concern from the use of xanthan gum.
